| Dear Exhibitor For 2010 we have 23 shows, 4 shows at Kempton Park, a new Welsh venue in Swansea being arranged, please make sure you download and return the Swansea details below and send to us along with the normal booking form, we return for a 2nd year at the Elsecar Heritage Centre in South Yorkshire and Farnham Maltings(Gem n Bead fame!), 2010 also see's us returning to Hatfield House, a busy venue we attended regularly a few years ago and had to drop due to ongoing refurbishment. More venues are now insisting that exhibitors electrical equipment must be PAT tested, they have advised us that random checks will be made and if they do not comply you will not be permitted to use them during the show. We do offer a PAT testing service, for a small fee, which can be carried out at the show. To ensure a balanced show please fill in the "type of products" section of the booking form, carefully listing all the products you wish to sell. Anyone who is displaying goods not listed may be asked to remove them. As in the past we will give previous exhibitors first choice at re-booking those shows they have attended before. | |

All exhibitors must have their own Public Liability insurance to attend our shows. Perhaps the easiest and cheapest way to obtain Public Liability Insurance is through the Market Traders Federation, their website is www.nmtf.co.uk or phone on 0800 592225. Membership includes Public Liability and Employee Insurance. Please remember this is a Rock 'n' Gem Show so please do not turn it into anything else by selling non natural stone articles such as glass beads, spheres etc. It is also worth mentioning that these are primarily retail shows, so please make sure that you have a retail price displayed and only sell at trade prices to genuine trade customers. Anyone selling gold and silver jewellery over the set weight need to have it hallmarked, and display the correct sign. |

Space at all shows is restricted and already sold out for many shows especially jewellery and gemstones which sell out very quickly, why not check with the office to see if we have space for your product. When you are happy print and complete the booking form and return with your deposite to the address on the form Price lists, booking form and terms and conditions available as an Adobe Acrobat .pdf files which can be read online or downloaded from the links below: |
